- “Goods,” “Products” refers to the auto parts and accessories offered for sale by Windsor Auto Spares.
- “Order” refers to a request by you to purchase goods from us.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, product availability, errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified with your payment.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in e.g., USD. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time without notice. Payment is due upon completion of the checkout process.
5. Shipping and Delivery Policy
5.1 Delivery Areas:
We currently offer delivery to select areas within Harare and to all areas in Ruwa. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout. Orders from locations outside these specified areas may require alternative shipping arrangements at the customer’s expense or may not be eligible for delivery.
5.2 Free Shipping Schedule:
To provide our customers with the best value, we operate a scheduled free shipping promotion.
- Free Monday Delivery: Applies to all orders that are completed (paid for) between Friday, 2:00 PM and Monday, 10:00 AM.
- Free Friday Delivery: Applies to all orders that are completed (paid for) between Monday, 10:01 AM and Friday, 1:00 PM.
5.3 Standard Delivery (With Fee):
Deliveries requested on any other day (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday) will carry a delivery fee. This fee ranges from $2 to $5, with the final cost depending on the delivery distance within our service areas (Harare and Ruwa). The applicable fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5.4 Delivery Times:
All quoted delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timelines, Windsor Auto Spares is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or public holidays.
6. Returns and Refunds Policy
6.1 14-Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a full refund on products returned to us within 14 calendar days of you receiving the item.
6.2 Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be:
- Returned within the 14-day period.
- In its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
- Packaged in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and boxes.
6.3 Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@windsorautospares.radqal.com or +263781517576 to receive a Return Authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6.4 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Windsor Auto Spares, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, our website, services, or products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits or data.
8. Product Information & Compatibility
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, or other content on our site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any part ordered is compatible with their vehicle make, model, and year. Windsor Auto Spares is not responsible for the incorrect selection of parts.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
